About Us

Having studied psychology as a discipline in my high school and acquiring a great interest in reading and learning more about it , as somebody being educated about behaviours, experiences and cognition it has helped me not just as a student but it has also helped me in my personal life. It gave a broader view of life and I was able to introspect, where now I can say with conjecture that I am a more settled and productive version of myself.
It came as a surprise to me when I landed in a conversation with students from non-psychology background and them asking me to read their minds or share quick tips on being motivated and cheerful throughout. It amazes me that even now people go on internet to get that short lived extrinsic motivation.
It left me baffled when I saw various platforms taking advantage of peoples’ vulnerabilities and insecurities, especially during the pandemic, by selling expensive courses on positivity, motivation ,productivity etc.
This made me realise that every individual should get a chance to learn about their brain and mind as much as they get chances to learn about bodily processes at school in biology classes.
Thus began the HOPE (Hold on Peace Exists) project.
With this cause in mind to spread awareness about Mental Health and more adaptive ways of being, I collaborated with e-learning platforms and schools to organise webinars and workshops on the same.
